Join to apply for the Senior Physiotherapist role at Manual Music Job Details Level 3 position with leadership responsibilities Locum rates up to $70 per hour + super Start date : 12th May, flexible for permanent roles This role is based in a regional health service, approximately two hours from Canberra and four hours from Sydney. It offers a 12-14 week locum or permanent position, with the possibility to trial the locum role and transition into a permanent position. The successful candidate will be the clinical lead for a team of 5 Physiotherapists and an Allied Health Assistant, providing physiotherapy services in a hospital setting to inpatients, outpatients, and community patients.

Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload across various wards and community settings, including rehabilitation, geriatrics, palliative care, and paediatrics (preferred experience) Provide supervision and support to team members and students Foster a positive team environment, facilitate education, and lead quality improvement projects Monitor team workload and ensure targets and KPIs are met Candidate Profile Motivated, adaptable, flexible, and communicative individuals with management experience and a desire to develop leadership skills are ideal. Previous management experience is preferred.
