As the Manager, Organisational Training, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership ensuring the delivery of the training function is aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best-practise. Whilst prioritising the organisation's future goals and objectives, you will be a strong leader and advocate for change management in repositioning the Organisational Training framework towards operational excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, People and Culture, and leading several direct and indirect reports, you will take a consistent, structured, and targeted approach to providing efficient, compliant, and first-class training programs, systems, advice, and services.

You will be an exceptional transformational leader, with demonstrated experience leading a training function in a complex medium to large organisation. Your experience in embedding organisational change across culture, process, systems, and structural dimensions through your people leadership will be strong as you positively influence and lead the Organisational Training function. You will be confident in your ability to effectively build trust through genuine professional relationships, to create positive cultural attitudes toward the Organisational Training function. A forward-thinker, you will be a proactive and commercially minded individual and embody the values of our client whilst making positive strides toward the strategic and operational goals of the business.
