The Role...
As our Compliance Monitoring and Support Officer, you will monitor our Service Partner network to ensure CoAct and Department requirements are met, and you'll consolidate findings and provide observations on the quality and assurance aspects of Employment Services. You will also examine and analyse the deliverables to CoAct's contractual obligations and coordinate the collation and review of documentary evidence requirements for Department Assurance Activities. The role requires that you work with our Service Partners to help improve compliance practices. This can include providing feedback, monitoring files or hosting virtual coaching sessions to address problem areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience in the Employment Services industry with a background in compliance and contract delivery. You will be joining a supportive, close-knit team that works remotely and autonomously across NSW, VIC and QLD.
