About usAs a Rope Access Glazier at Perth Rope Access, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, replacement, and maintenance of glass panels on high-rise buildings and other challenging access structures using industrial rope access techniques. You will work as part of a skilled team, utilising specialised equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols to deliver exceptional glazing services. - Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience as a qualified Glazier.
- Current and valid IRATA Level 2 certification or higher
- OHS General Induction Card (White Card)
- Current national Police check
- Driver's Licence
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform glazing tasks at height, including removal, installation, and sealing of glass panels.
- Conduct pre-work risk assessments and ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures.
- Rig and operate rope access systems safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of glazing techniques, materials, and standards.
- Ability to handle glass panels carefully and efficiently.
- Handle and transport glass panels and associated materials at height using specialised lifting equipment (e.g., vacuum lifters, rope winches).
- Collaborate effectively with glazing partners and other trades on site.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of rope access and lifting equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve glazing issues on-site.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance skills.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Respond to emergency glazing situations as required (on a rostered basis).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
