• About the Role

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and proactive individual to provide tailored support for a participant with specific needs. Your ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin will help bridge gaps and ensure a culturally and linguistically sensitive approach to their care.

• Key Responsibilities
• Providing person-centered care and support to enhance daily living.
• Assisting with community access, personal development, and achieving goals.
• Building trust and rapport with the participant and their family.
• Supporting independence while respecting cultural preferences and values.
• What We're Looking For
• Fluent Mandarin speaker (essential).
• Experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
