Job description

Reporting into the Employee Experience Manager you will be responsible for supporting activities across the end-to-end recruitment process and be exposed to elements of internal mobility.

  • Responsibilities
  • Support administration activities related to talent acquisition
  • Process onboarding and off boarding
  • Support key HR administrative activities including reward & recognition program, education support, wellbeing activities
  • Conduct reference checking
  • Provide administrative support across key annual HR processes including performance review, talent review and remuneration review etc
  • Assist in maintaining the HRIS by updating employee data
  • THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within talent acquisition or HR administration. You must possess the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, have exceptional attention to detail and be an overall team player.
