We are moving to a more traditional restaurant model that has 'front of house' and 'back of house' team members.In this role, you will help residents with their meals and drinks, following Estia Health's personalised meal service guidelines.You will also : Lend a hand with daily life - making sure our residents feel heard, are comfortable and well-fed.Work with our team to assist those residents who require additional support and careHelp our residents to enjoy meaningful and engaging activitiesBe a supportive friend to our residents.Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected.You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with a real desire to make a difference in people's lives and you will have a Cert lll or IV in Aged Care.As one of the largest and fastest growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of providing high quality person centred aged care and services.
