Supporting the Executive Director, you will oversee key projects, ensuring strategic alignment, efficiency, and successful execution.

Your ability to analyse financial data, provide insights, and manage stakeholder relationships will be crucial in optimising processes and achieving team goals.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you will help shape the financial future of the business through innovation and sound decision-making.What You'll DoAs part of the Finance and Procurement Services division, this role will be instrumental in enhancing processes and reporting for key financial transformation projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing critical financial decision support to management, ensuring data-driven insights drive strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with the Executive Director, facilitating team activities to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.

By streamlining workflows, improving financial reporting, and coordinating project deliverables, you will contribute to the continual improvement of financial operations and transformation efforts, ensuring business objectives are met effectively.The Financial Performance and Transformation team is a newly established unit dedicated to driving financial excellence and innovation across all Divisions.

With a strong focus on business partnering, the team leads transformative projects that enhance financial operations, reporting, and decision-making, benefiting both individual Divisions and the broader Finance & Procurement team.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and five Directors, working in a dynamic and high-performing environment that values strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

They should have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with additional qualifications in project management being highly desirable.

A background in financial analysis, business partnering, and transformation projects will be crucial for success.Key skills and knowledge include expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

The ability to interpret complex financial data, provide insightful recommendations, and communicate effectively across various business levels is essential.

Strong proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and Excel will support their ability to optimize reporting and operational efficiency.Beyond technical abilities, the candidate should thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment, working closely with the Executive Director and Directors to drive key initiatives forward.

Their adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities will enable them to contribute meaningfully to the team's goals.
