We have our Head chef, Ludovic Mulot (ex-Rockpool & The Old Synagogue), and now we need YOU!
The Station features a 250-seat modern Gastro Pub with classic dishes, and an exclusive 110-seat restaurant called 'Ludo' offering humble French / Mediterranean inspired cooking with extraordinary produce.
We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner 7 days a week.

Key skill requirements include, depending on the role, experience in :
Delivering an exceptional and consistent food product to drive customer satisfaction Working as part of a team to create a positive working environment Reliability & punctuality Effective collaboration, communication, and coordination with Head Chef & senior chefs Experience with à la carte service is preferred We seek individuals who are up for a challenge and eager to further their careers with a progressive, locally owned company.
Candidates must be available on weekends & evenings, as these are peak trading times.
