Job description

RE / MAX Extreme is a highly reputable and busy real estate office known for delivering exceptional services to our clients. With a strong emphasis on professionalism and customer satisfaction, we strive to provide a positive and welcoming environment for both our team members and customers. We value innovation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage social media platforms to enhance our online presence.

This position is Full-Time and the hours will be Monday - Friday 8 : 45am - 5pm.

  • Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, direct enquiries, and provide accurate information to callers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, managing calendars operating CRM software
  • Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to create engaging content, increase brand visibility, and promote our services.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and enquiries on social media channels promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Utilize the Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) effectively for various administrative tasks.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Real Estate experience will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive first impression.
  • Proficient in using various social media platforms and tools for business purposes.
  • High level of skills in the Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fabulous work ethic, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and dedication.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine desire to assist others.
