The Role : We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to :

Providing a high standard of customer service Processing guest check-ins and outs Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest Completing the day-to-day office administration Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests Accommodation is not offered with this position; ideally, you should live within reasonable commuting distance to the park.
