Programmed Facility Management are seeking experienced Bus Driver / Utility staff to join our Village Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the Mid-West, WA.

Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the transportation of Residents around the Village, Site and Airport in addition to general grounds / utility maintenance of the Village. Ad hoc support to the Village Team is occasionally required.

Transportation of ResidentsCompletion of Vehicle Pre-Starts and required Safety Reporting / ComplianceMaintenance of a Clean and Tidy vehicleVillage Waste ManagementGeneral Grounds / Utility Maintenance & upkeep, including AblutionsAssist other departments from time to time, if requiredAbout You
To join our team, you will be an experienced Bus Driver (
You will possess :
Australian Working RightsVALID HR License, including PDT AuthorisationAbility to pass a Commercial Drivers Assessment (Fitness to drive Medical Assessment) plus a comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol ScreeningCurrent satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months)Previous experience at a Village preferredThe following experience / qualifications with Camp Facilities such as First Aid, Certificate III / IV Commercial Cookery or Hospitality, HRWL (LF), RSA / Approved Manager, ARO Certification and Cleaning (desirable)Additionally, you will also possess the following skills :
Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., MS Office, online / web-based Payroll & Training requirementsAbility to work autonomously and be a self-motivatorAbility to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skillsHave a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and othersAbout Us
