P&C Business Partner Specialistyou will :Provide expert HR advisory and operational support, ensuring alignment with strategic HR objectives, policies, and legislationHandle employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters, escalating as neededAnalyse performance data to identify trends and recommend improvementsSupport P&C projects and initiatives, including investigations and coordinationAdvise leaders on probation and performance procedures for high-quality service deliveryPrepare IR / ER position papers, briefs, and correspondence on HR mattersContribute to continuous improvement of policies, processes, and systemsBuild strong relationships across the business to enhance communication and service deliveryAbout youWe are looking for dynamic and values-led
