Job description

Assist and support in Cutover Planning : Assist to Develop and support in the execution the cutover plan for the SAP S / 4HANA implementation, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Stakeholder Management : Work closely with Cutover Manager in collaborating with key stakeholders, including business users, project teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to align expectations and ensure smooth execution.

Cutover Coordination : Coordinate the cutover process across multiple teams, ensuring that all system, data, and process transitions occur with minimal disruption to business operations.

Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the cutover process, providing timely resolution to any issues that arise.

Documentation : Document the cutover process, including detailed timelines, tasks, contingency plans, and any post-go-live support procedures.

Communication : Provide regular status updates and reporting , ensuring clear and concise communication regarding the cutover progress, challenges, and milestones.

Required Skills and Experience :

4+ years of experience in SAP S / 4HANA implementation or large-scale ERP transformation projects, with at least 2 years in a Cutover Lead role .
Strong understanding of the SAP S / 4HANA architecture and the cutover process, including data migration, integration, and system go-live activities.
Good experience in project management , specifically in the areas of cutover planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment , collaborating with both technical and business teams.
Good organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization..

Preferred Qualifications :

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
Experience in agile SAP S / 4HANA projects or hybrid project management methodologies.
SAP certification in S / 4HANA or related modules.
Familiarity with cloud-based SAP S / 4HANA deployments and integrated systems.
Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment, with a focus on delivering quality results within tight deadlines.
