Technical Writer

• Purpose of the role
• KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Developing / enhancing templates and guiding principles for enhancing standards, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with key stakeholders.
• Documentation of specific standards, guidelines, and procedures utilising the templates and principles developed.
• Managing the development, review (and where applicable, approval), and publishing of documentation.
• ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in technical writing for a financial services company would be preferred.
• Prior experience working on a risk or policy related project in the financial sector would be advantageous.
• Experience with web-based documentation, such as SharePoint Pages or Confluence.
• An appreciation of user experience design, including layout and visual design.
