About the role

We’re looking for an experienced foreman or a skilled tradesperson ready to get off the tools and build their career in site management. You’re a born organiser who can handle trades and keep sites safe, productive, and to the high standard we’re known for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Supporting a strong safety culture and ensuring the site meets EHSQ requirements
• Coordinating the trades and sequencing of work based on construction programmes
• Overseeing site logistics, including site access, deliveries, and waste management
• Maintaining project records such as documenting daily site activities
• Ensuring all incidents, dilapidation reports, and defects rectifications are completed and followed up

About you

• Experience as a foreman, leading hand, or tradesperson in the construction industry
• Great communicator and problem-solver
• Strong leadership, organisational, and people skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Procore knowledge a plus)
