About the role :
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable female Support Worker to assist a client living in Daylesford. This role involves both personal care and behavioural support requiring someone who can work independently and respond confidently to a variety of situations.
These are regular daily split shifts in the morning and Sleepover from 8 : 00am12 : 00pm and 6 : 00pm11 : 00am daily . Youll be supporting the client with daytoday tasks encouraging independence while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
