About the Opportunity Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes Establish positive relationships with residents About You Certificate III in Aged Care, Individualised Support or equivalent Current Flu & COVID-19 vaccination certificates Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination._
