Medical Receptionist (Casual)

Tarneit Family Medical and Dental Centre are currently looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to relieve staff holidays / absences. The clinic is open 7 days a week with the opening hours being

Monday - Friday from 8.45am - 9.15pm

Saturday - Sunday from 8.45am - 5.15pm

Public Holidays - 8.45am - 5.15pm

Your key responsibilities will be, but not limited to :

• greeting patients
• answering phone calls
• registering new patients
• booking appointments
• processing payments
• processing Medicare Claims
• scanning documents into Best Practice
• following up on outstanding results and correspondence
• end of day banking
• general administrative duties as required
• experience as a medical receptionist
• excellent communication skills
• experience with Best Practice (preferred)
• current CPR certificate

Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours : 3 - 15 per week
