What You’ll do :

• Guide customers through the exciting journey of building their new home — from understanding their goals to handing over the keys.
• Ask the right questions to uncover your customers’ true needs and help them get clear on what’s possible.
• Source the right land, builder, and house design options that best fit each client’s budget, lifestyle, and long-term plans.
• Be theirtrusted advisor — providing expert advice, answering questions, and overcoming any roadblocks along the way.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients through genuine care, clear communication, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Manage your pipeline, keep track of leads, and follow up to convert opportunities into happy homeowners.
• Work closely with our network of builders, developers, and partners to deliver a seamless experience for every customer.
