Warehouse Assistant

Warehouse Assistants in our business are a blend of field delivery and depot warehouse staff. Suiting active, friendly and independent people, our role is a great blend of warehouse team work to on the road delivery and pickups offering great customer service to our professional clients.

• You'll be responsible for
• Being the public face of our company
• Delivering files and or archive boxes to clients
• Managing archiving solutions for clients picking and delivering and dealing with clients on a one to one.
• Use of stock-picker / forklift to picking / put away archive boxes / files for drivers - We will provide training and license if required.
• Constant use of a PDA to scan items moving to different locations.
• Working efficiently and accurately in an active role and to time frames.
• Ability to do some delivery work should the necessity arise if a driver is off sick or on leave.
• Given the above role and responsibilities, to be successful you will have
• An eye for detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• A clean current full driver license
• A police check will also be conducted due to the sensitive nature of our business.
• Salary
• 47,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
