Our client is a highly respected, national property developer with award winning masterplanned and built form / infill projects around the country.
They are seeking a high calibre Sales Manager to come on board based in the Perth office where you will work closely with the Directors and decision makers.
General tasks will cover off on the day to day management of the experienced and successful sales team, along with ongoing implementation and improvement of systems, policies and procedures to ensure best practice outcomes continue, as well as the expected stakeholder engagement and reporting duties in line with this level of position.
You will be a proven leader in the property sales space, someone passionate about outcomes and helping the broader team to hit their targets. You will bring a wealth of property knowledge to allow you to lead by example, and be someone that the team can respect and follow.
Along with experience in a similar role, ideally you will hold a tertiary qualification and / or a Triennial Real Estate Licence. You will be a natural communicator with the balance of IQ and EQ required for such a position.
An established network across the various new home building companies is essential, as is the ability to utilise your network and skills to help generate sales leads for the team to action together with advanced CRM capability.
We are looking for a consummate professional to work side by side with the leaders of the business. You will hold yourself well in the corporate environment and be someone that can represent the business in the public eye at various stakeholder and community events.
