About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join the Sheridan team to lead and develop our team at our Brighton Boutique.

This is a full time position, working to a Tuesday - Saturday roster, with one weekend off each month.

Duties

  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals
  • Store operations including inventory and stock control and roster management
  • Managing VM to a high standard, following directives and ensuring impeccable presentation
  • Using reporting tools to make commercial decisions to drive your business
  • Maintaining exceptional product knowledge, being able to articulate features and benefits
  • Driving a high performing team, committed to providing outstanding customer service

    • Skills + Experience

  • Previous people management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling
  • Ability to coach and develop a team through succession planning
