Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with interstate colleagues, you will act as the primary HR contact for the Canberra office, while leveraging the support of national resources, including administrators and a recruitment coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career HR advisor seeking more ownership, or for someone with transferable business experience looking to move into a people-focused role.

Managing recruitment and selection processes, including strategic sourcing and interviews Coordinating graduate and clerkship recruitment campaigns Supporting performance and remuneration review cycles Providing commercial and practical HR advice to partners, managers, and staff Collaborating with the broader team on national wellbeing and development initiatives About You Generalist HR experience or transferable skills from a commercial or professional environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence to work independently while being part of a national team What's on Offer?
