Reporting to the Team Leader, this role will see you working within a supportive and inclusive team, with on-the-job training and room for career progression.

• Your responsibilities will include
• Provide account management-like service to your client portfolio
• Attend to incoming calls and process phone orders
• Proactively make outbound calls - special offer reminders and quote follow-ups
• Resolve customer complaints
• Provide support and feedback to BDM's
• Skills and experience
• Experience in similar roles providing high quality customer service
• A proven history of exceeding KPI targets
• Intermediate software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• A hunger for growth and exceeding expectation
• Excellent verbal and written communication
