- About the role
The role is full of variety but mainly involves providing a high level of customer service & sales support to our existing network of trade customers.
Reporting to the Branch Manager and based in our Lane Cove Branch, some of the duties and responsibilities will include :
Answer customer phone callsfirst point of contact for business sales processingSales support to on-road representativesGeneral administration tasksFace to face service for walk-in-trade customersLiaising with the warehouse staffGeneral sales assistant dutiesAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will be an individual that possesses some previous administrative background and thrives on attention to detail. Our fast paced customer service and sales environment demands a high level of organisation.
Minimum requirements include1 years admin & customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft Office - word, excel, outlookFamiliarity in sales and inventory based software for customer order processing & invoicing would be an advantage but not necessaryProduct based customer service preferred, but not essentialThis is a full time position Monday to Friday, and a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic, successful and growing business.
