Lancemore Hotels is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our Head Office team in Melbourne CBD.Reporting to our Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales or reservations professional who's eager to take the next step in a high-performing, supportive environment.About The RoleYou'll play a key part in driving sales across our portfolio by : Sourcing and securing new business opportunities across MICE and other market segmentsManaging and nurturing key accounts with care and creativityConducting site inspections and familiarisation events to showcase our propertiesConverting leads into high-value bookings with confidence and flairCollaborating with a talented team to exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional client experiencesWhat we are looking forExperience in hotel Sales, Reservations, or Business Development, with exposure to MICE and EventsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsA confident communicator and natural relationship builderEstablished networks in the corporate or events space (a bonus!
