We are currently seeking Assistant Store Managers across several of our key Victorian locations. If you're an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and team development, we'd love to hear from you!

We are hiring for the following store locations :

Coburg, Epping, Essendon, Bayswater, and Moorabbin. Let's talk about the role As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key leadership role across your store team—coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your people to achieve great results and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a strong visual merchandiser, confident in managing daily operations, driving in-store promotions, and achieving financial and operational targets.

Whether it's Coburg, Epping, Essendon, Bayswater or Moorabbin—each of our VIC stores is looking for leaders ready to take their next big career step.

What you'll be doing Lead your team to success by setting clear expectations and targetsManage store operations, visual merchandising and promotional executionDeliver outstanding customer experiences and build strong client relationshipsDrive key KPIs including sales, inventory, shrinkage, and cost controlsMentor and develop a high-performing, motivated retail teamSupport other VIC stores as needed—collaboration is key!Take ownership of rosters, scheduling and reportingWhat you'll bring Proven retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager or Store Manager level)Strong business acumen and experience managing store financialsPassion for customer service and team developmentVisual merchandising flair and strong organisational skillsTech-savvy and confident navigating store systems and reporting toolsA hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitudeLet's talk about us RSEA Safety is a fast-growing, omni-channel leader in the safety market.
