What are the main responsibilities for this role?MarketingDirecting the development and implementation of strategies to promote Crimson's servicesWorking with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop / enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and salesSourcing potential organisations and markets for lead generation / partnershipsAttending industry events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trendsEngaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos and Crimson seminarsSalesDirecting the development and implementation of sales strategiesAssist the General Manager, ANZ in setting sales targetsAchieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomesEstablishing, developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationshipsContinuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledgeLeadership & AdministrationPlanning, organising, directing, and controlling the sales and marketing activities of the ANZ sales and marketing teamManaging the Marketing and Sales Associate(s)Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered / managed within Crimson's Client Relations Management (CRM) systemSubmitting fortnightly sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for managementHelping in training of new sales personnel wherever relevantMaintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accountsEducating the global sales and marketing team on local market nuances in the education spaceProviding feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processesOversee the production of reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesSkills and experience requiredRelevant qualification or equivalent experience in sales, marketing and / or leadership.Salary Range80,000 to $90,000Why work for Crimson?Rapidly growing start up, with a flexible working environment where you will be empowered to structure how you workLimitless development and exposure - our internal promotions / role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year1000 individual training budget per year, we love to 'Level Up' (it's one of our core values)!Psychologist on staffInsightful fireside chats and workshops to help support our high performing and ambitious teamRadical Candor is a feedback approach we live byWe're a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe.
