With this growth comes opportunity. We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Specialist to join our Mackay team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll do As a key member of our team, you'll be the primary liaison between our customers and internal stakeholders – ensuring our services are delivered in line with customer expectations and contractual obligations. Your responsibilities will include :

Managing service changes and pricing assessmentsPreparing customer reporting and analysing key KPIsLeading the preparation of invoices and ensuring financial accuracyBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders – internal and externalEnsuring contract compliance and identifying opportunities for improvementSupporting key projects to drive operational and commercial outcomesWhat you'll bring We're after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail and brings a customer-first mindset.
