The role ensures an optimal customer experience through website performance, current content, and integration of digital tools.
This position requires a strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing content, and data analytics, along with proactive problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities : Manage front-end operations and maintenance of multiple brand websites.Monitor website functionality to ensure a seamless customer experience.Support the implementation of new functionalities to enhance conversion rates.Maintain critical tools such as store locator, live chat, ZenDesk knowledge bank, wishlists, forms, and subscribers.Develop and update website CMS content, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and consistency with marketing messaging.Coordinate digital content updates, including text, images, videos, and links.Identify and communicate digital asset needs, including photography and media.Implement SEO strategies across all websites.Maintain a log of content updates and edits.Assist with planning, briefing, building, and optimizing paid campaigns across channels like Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google.Manage product data entry, updates, and audits within ERP systems.Resolve website issues related to data errors.Create and export accurate PIM data from ERP for customer use.Upload and manage media files within DAM systems, including tagging SKUs.Organize and maintain digital assets and resources.Produce monthly analytics reports using tools like Whatagraph and other reporting platforms.Support other digital systems, including B2B portals, ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.Handle credit card receipts and billing for digital campaigns.Required Skills and Experience : Recent graduate with a degree in Digital Marketing or similar, or 1-2 years of relevant experience.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially with large data sets.Proactive learner and problem solver.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Website CMS systems.Interest or experience in architecture, interior design, building, or hardware markets is preferred.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.
