Job descriptionRETAIL STORE STORE MANAGER - PERTH WATERTOWN West Perth, Australia Outlet Perth Watertown YOUR MISSION Provide leadership to your retail team, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and KPI's Develop team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience Achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines YOUR TALENT Strong passion and understanding of our PUMA brand! Leadership experience in a customer focused and service-oriented retail environment with proven results exceeding sales while meeting payroll goals Ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain talented associates as well as teams Ability to reason through complex issues and demonstrate effective communication, including presenting to large groups Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills, organizational and time management skills
