Our WA team are seeking and additional, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in

  • West Perth, WA.

Working with an energetic & passionate team you will be provided with clear direction and mentoring, empowering you with the knowledge and tools to skyrocket your career in this exciting industry!

  • Key skills we are looking for in this role
  • You will ideally have previous recruitment particularly blue collar experience.
  • You will genuinely enjoy TALKING to a variety of people both in person and on the phone.
  • You must have excellent priority and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer services coupled with high energy, self motivation and a positive attitude are keys factors to critical success within this fast-paced industry!
  • Positive and value driven with the ability to work within a tight knit team
  • Commitment to delivering quality service
  • Open and clear communication
  • What to expect in this role? But not limited to....
  • Conducting face to face, video, and telephone interviews.
  • Reference checking.
  • Site mobilization.
  • Assisting with people management e.g. performance management, workforce planning / management.
  • Attending client visits and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Assisting with safety management requirements i.e. incident and injury management.
