Your Opportunity

Are you an experienced admin professional ready to bring your skills to a role with purpose? At Mission Australia, we're looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Administration Officer to join our team in Dandenong, VIC.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide confidential and professional administrative and secretarial support to management, using sound judgment and initiative.- Manage front office duties, including greeting visitors, handling enquiries, and coordinating meetings and appointments.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems in line with organisational policies.- Assist with financial administration tasks, including processing reimbursements and reconciling expenses.- Coordinate and support meetings and events, including scheduling, room bookings, catering arrangements, and minute-taking.- Respond promptly and appropriately to enquiries and complaints, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to Mission Australia policies.

Requirements for Success- Proven experience in providing administrative and secretarial support.- Ability to prepare and collate meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and reports.- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.- Ability to work effectively in a busy and complex work environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn organisation-specific systems.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children / vulnerable people.
