Gynaecological Oncology Fellow 2026

As a Gynaecological Oncology Fellow, you will play a pivotal role in the clinical care of both outpatient and inpatient patients, providing exceptional treatment under the guidance of experienced consultants. You'll be responsible for day-to-day patient management, ensuring high standards of care in all aspects of Gynaecological Oncology. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your clinical expertise while working alongside a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient outcomes.

In addition to direct patient care, you will mentor Registrars and Resident Medical Officers, fostering their development and maintaining a high standard of clinical practice across the Gynaecological Oncology Unit. You'll also participate in the after-hours on-call roster, ensuring continuity of care. Your responsibilities will include organising and implementing clinical review programs as part of quality assurance initiatives, contributing to ongoing improvements in the department.

• About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gynaecological Oncology Fellow to join our team. You will bring a strong foundation in clinical and surgical skills, with the ability to foster positive working relationships in a dynamic environment.

• MBBS or equivalent, registerable with AHPRA.
• Experience in gynaecological surgery and clinical practice.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-working skills.
• Knowledge of hospital systems, policies, and safety principles.
