Job description

To assist NDIS participants in coordinating and implementing a range of support services, it's important to take a person-centred approach, ensuring the individual's needs, goals, and preferences are at the forefront of all planning and delivery. To support NDIS participants and collaborate with key stakeholders, while also using a person-centred active support approach.

Expected hours : 10 - 20 per week
