About the Company

This company will have your Surf, Skate, and Streetwear style sorted as they keep an eye to the sky and an ear to the ground, providing you with the latest lifestyle and streetwear fashion trends. With a strong social media following, loyal local following, and a passion for their people, our client is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead their team in Noosa Heads.

About the Role

Inspire and lead your team to achieve high-performance in sales targets, KPI's, & individual development

Meticulously monitor store sales to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.

Efficiently operate your store focusing on engaging store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels

Effectively manage the wage costs in store, following weekly wage targets and company rostering standards

Skills and Experience

Store management or experienced retail / hospitality expert with a championship mindset

A motivated & driven personality who is comfortable in a high-energy fun culture

A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed in sales and meeting KPI's and targets

Proven experience with stock control and visual merchandising
