Job descriptionmust have's below. The opportunity Daily activities include : full JD can be provided for parties interested. Providing analytical, reasoning, and specialised technical expertise to investigate, isolate and rectify network incidents and problems. Implementation of complex, large scale network changes in alignment with customer and change management process and perform release and deployment management activities. Contribute to written documentation for submission to the Customer and Internal Stakeholders Main responsibility involves providing level 1.5 to technical support to networks, infrastructure, products and services supplied and operated by the company Must have Understand data communications, such as routing, switching and telecommunications Practical experience in switching protocols / methodologies (VLANs, wireless technologies etc) Knowledge and experience in WAN / BAN routing protocols Level 1 triage, help desk or customer support experience CCNA qualifications or similar old a minimum of NV1 AGSVA security clearance
Salary - up to $100K inc. Super + bonus
- Shift work (potential extra earning of avg. $20K) - 4 days on 3 days off
- NV1 - must have, Canberra based
