The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to their customers. From troubleshooting issues to offering product guidance, your goal is to ensure every interaction reflecting commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Understanding and resolving technical and service-related issues.
  • Delivering accurate, friendly, and solutions-focused support.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer outcomes.
  • Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Required Skills

  • Experience in a customer-facing role; contact centre background a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and CRM platforms.
  • Reliable, proactive, and passionate about helping others.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including evening and after-hours shifts.
