Your Role

As Restaurant Manager at The Yiros Shop, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing a team of passionate staff to ensuring each customer enjoys the authentic Greek dining experience. You’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly while delivering high standards of food quality, service, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and foster a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.
  • Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination. Ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Customer Experience Excellence : Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of customer service. Every guest deserves a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a high-quality meal.
  • Financial Management : Drive restaurant profitability by managing costs, maximising sales opportunities, and meeting KPIs. Enjoy the rewards of your hard work with performance-based bonuses.
  • Compliance & Quality Control : Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are maintained at all times.
