You will join a group of a highly committed and collaborative professionals that work in the Organisational Transformation Group. The Group is responsible for the delivery of a modernisation agenda that will see the AEC transition away from monolithic legacy systems onto contemporary platforms. You will be working closely with Assistant Commissioners, Directors and other Executive Support staff in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a number of highly motivated and enthusiastic Branch Project Officers to provide high-level administrative support to the respective Assistant Commissioner and the wider group.
You will be responsible for providing high-level executive support in a professional, accurate and timely manner. You will undertake work that is complex and sensitive in nature, utilising expertise and knowledge in liaison, coordination, and organisational tasks.
You will also provide support to ensure all administrative requirements associated with key election deliverables are adhered to.
