Thrive has an exciting opportunity for a vibrant
- Diploma or Certificate III Educator
- to join our Thrive family based at our Ermington centre. This role offers you an opportunity to join a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and practice invested in their people.
- Your role as a Diploma / Certificate III Educator
- To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities to communicate regularly on your children's progress and activities with their families
- Completed Diploma or Certificate III in Children services
- Current First Aid and Asthma / Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current working with children check
- The right to work in Australia
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
