Thrive has an exciting opportunity for a vibrant

• Diploma or Certificate III Educator
• to join our Thrive family based at our Ermington centre. This role offers you an opportunity to join a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and practice invested in their people.
• Your role as a Diploma / Certificate III Educator
• To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
• Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
• Maintain effective communication with parents
• Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities to communicate regularly on your children's progress and activities with their families
• Completed Diploma or Certificate III in Children services
• Current First Aid and Asthma / Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Current working with children check
• The right to work in Australia
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
