In this role you will work within a team environment in a professional, efficient and diplomatic manner to manage all aspects of the administration tasks associated with event management.
Key responsibilities :
Event Management;
- Plan and execute a variety of internal and external events including Gala events, Quarterly Awards, Christmas party, conferences etc.
- Stakeholder Management, pre- and post-event engagement and ensure events align with company brand and objectives.
- Budget management,
Training Coordination;
Organise and oversee training programs for staff development.Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and schedule sessions accordingly.Gifting Management
Develop and manage client and staff gifting programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company branding.Maintain relationships with suppliers and oversee inventory to support marketing and client engagement strategies.Office Management
Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organised and productive environment.Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance services, and implement administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.Stock and stationery management :
Maintain optimal inventory levels of office supplies and stationery which includes tracking usage across all offices, forecasting needs, placing orders, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment, with quality and cost-effective procurement.Cross-department support :
Assist with a variety of tasks and projects as required, including providing support to the Marketing, Operations, People & Culture teams.Provide reception and office support when requiredOther administrative & office duties as requiredAbout you :

To be successful in this role you will possess :
Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work seamlessly across departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Property ManagementProven experience in event planning, coordination, and executionStrong organisational skills and the ability to effectively plan, prioritise, and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlinesAdvanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and WordExcellent business and technical communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of relationship management, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationshipsDemonstrated exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of workProficiency in office management systems and administrative processesExperience in inventory, stock, and stationery management, including procurement and supplier liaisonCollaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work seamlessly across departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Property ManagementKay & Burton has much to be proud of - but nothing more so than its people.
