Restaurant Host / Hostess

We are looking for an Experienced Hostess to join our Growing Team at your new Local Italian Bistro Spuntini!

• Your Role Includes
• Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity and quality.
• Setting and arranging tables
• Greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists
• Taking water orders and relaying the customer to their dedicated waiter
• Assisting serving food and beverages
• Assisting clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
• Assisting removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses
• Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines.
• About you
• A minimum of
• 2 years experience
• working with reservations / FOH in a
• high-end, high volume, a la carte restaurant
• To be dedicated to providing our clients with an excellent dining experience
• Have great personal appearance, exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with Open Table or another reservation software
