As a Sales Consultant , you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Put the customer at the heart of everything you do by providing an exceptional customer experience through great service, product knowledge, and seamless point of sale transactions.
  • Utilize tools to stay updated with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers.
  • Contribute to store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is visually appealing according to brand standards.
  • Live and role model the Country Road Group values, working with your team to achieve results.
