We're currently seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team for our major government accounts! As the Space Data Manager you will provided with training and knowledge to get you up to speed with our systems and processes!
The Space Data Manager will manage our client's space and occupancy data, and provide analysis and development of space and occupancy reporting and dashboards. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide space data and occupancy metrics that contribute to delivering occupancy and property decisions and strategies.
Perform manual data updates and imports for occupancy, space or allocation changes
Track and report on seat demand / headcount growth requests
Meet regularly with the client to communicate portfolio metrics on space data initiatives, benchmarking and accuracy using a leading-edge space data management technology
Ensure floorplans are up to date with the correct floorplans and space types
Monitor and evaluate space utilisation and identify opportunities to maximise space efficiency
Performs monthly data validations, reporting results to Team Lead
Reports issues and concerns related to the overall use, functionality and performance of technology to the team lead
Implement JLL Space Data Management best practises
A confident self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills
Have a track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business
Be a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solving
Can prioritise and juggle multiple competing priorities
Experience working with floorplans and databases or worked in occupancy / space planning, design or technology management
Experience using Serraview or Archibus
Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearances
Must be an Australian Citizen
