The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Waste Coordinator to join our team in a unique hybrid role—50% admin, 50% operational—with a strong focus on client liaison and on-site waste audits . This is a customer-facing role where you'll regularly visit client sites, inspect bins for condition and placement, ensure signage is clear and adequate, and provide feedback and recommendations.
You’ll need to be confident, organized, and great at building relationships. Waste industry experience isn’t essential—but admin, coordination, and customer service experience definitely is.
