Looking for a Assistant Manager for this super well known kitchenware retailer in Ringwood!!

High volume stocks and fast paced you will need to be someone who thinks on their feet and knows how to make someone smile! Working with a team passionate about cooking and creating meals with love in their home, you need to have a love of all things cooking and help others create a master meal!

• About you
• Ability to drive high levels of team engagement
• Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about our team and customer experience, home cooking and the kitchen in general
• Strong inventory experience and managing large volumes of stock
• Proven commercial acumen and the ability to read and interpret P&L reports
• Organised with excellent time management skills
• Rotating roster including one weekend on one off and one late night a week
• Key responsibilities
• Ensure the team members deliver a fantastic customer experience every day and across every interaction
• Drive sales to achieve targets set and then exceed them
• Have a strong understanding of rosters, wages and productivity working with in line with set KPIs
• Manage stock levels and inventory movement & loss prevention
• Manage team performance, development and engagement with optimism and positive outlook
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to company guidelines
• Manage all areas of store administration, submitting reports consistently and on time to support personnel
• Be an advocate for this well-known kitchen warehouse brand known all across Australia
