Store Manager for Cignall Tobacconist and Lottery Outlet
To be a successful Store Manager within our business, you are required to have strong values, high levels of energy and a commitment to delivering high quality customer service to all of our customers. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for learning and are keen to be part of our fun, vibrant and successful team.
We are well known within the local community in a busy centre and pride ourselves on our customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Customer service that grows sales and builds loyalty, being able to achieve set sales targets, accurate cash handling, stock control, sales and quality management, along with leading your team to ensure success and smooth operations in store.
The successful applicant will also have :
A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets, Proven ability to work within a fast paced retail environment, A happy, friendly and energetic personality, A desire to deliver high quality customer service and relevant experiences in a similar role. Strong communication and comprehension skills.
Previous experience in Lotto, Tobacco or Newsagent is highly desirable.
You will possess a positive can do attitude and always lead by example.
