People And Performance Manager

Our client is a national business that service the mining industry and have a strong pipeline of contracts that will bring steady growth to the organisation over the next few years.

You will have broad HR generalist experience across leadership development, people capability, recruitment, employee relations, culture and engagement.

• Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end support for the entire employment life cycle including - talent planning, recruitment & selection, employee relations, staff retention, development, and performance management.
• Partner leadership teams to develop a solid understanding of business needs.
• Lead HR initiatives, systems and projects that drive a high performing culture
• Equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people and provide proactive guidance and counsel on people-related issues.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
• Hands on experience in HR, with demonstrated skills as an HR generalist
• Confident and resilient and able to offer credible, timely advice
• Strong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
